Order & Delivery

How to place an order:

You should sign up/ Login into an account to place an order. You always have the option to register an account in the checkout process to facilitate future orders and get offers.

1)    Select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.

2)    Proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. 

3)    Once your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation via e-mail/ text on your mobile number.

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security. 

The shipping cost is clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.

Delivery:
 
•Delivery Process: 
1)     Once your order is successfully submitted, then processes your order the following business day for pick, pack, and dispatch. 
2)   Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email. 
3)    You should receive your order 2-5 business days thereafter
 
Kindly note:
  • Estimated delivery time  2-4 business days are estimate and may vary due to external factors not in the purview of Teeny Tike or due to shipment partner controls. 
  • It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. In this case, an additional day would be added to the estimated date of delivery. 
  • Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in the delivery date. Though our team is at your service 24/7 to handle any query or shipment-related issues.
  • In case you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. In case of the event that we are unable to process the address change directly on our system (usually because the package has already been shipped), you may need to return the order and create a new one with the correct address.  

Teeny Tike is not responsible for any delay, or missing delivery due to an incorrect address provided or a late request to change the address by the customer.

 Are There Any Hidden Costs?
There are no hidden charges when you purchase on Teeny Tike. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is all you would pay. The delivery charges are not hidden charges and charge as per shipping policies and clearly visible on the checkout page.

RETURN

RETURN POLICY:

  • Returns are easy, you can find the order cancelation option link in the purchase/order confirmation e-mail. 
  • 15-DAY RETURNS from the date of delivery.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of products ordered. Once return items are received and verified at our warehouse refund will be initiated within 4-6 days time. The refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account·       
  • Clothes must be returned with the original box/packing, unused, undamaged unstained, unwashed & has the original tag & packaging.
  • Accessories & undergarments are not returnable due to safety & hygiene purpose.
  • All return refunds are processed after due review and inspection process. Please note, we aim to provide unparalleled customer service for all of our customers, but unfortunately, there are those who would be engaged in excessive returns behavior and fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to reject orders and returns and charge restocking fees when necessary.

SHIPPING

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders above 999. 
  • The shipping charge is applicable per quantity of the product & can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 60 for orders below Rs. 999).
  • ·The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.

Please note seasonal promotions and discounts are applied on net of returns and adjustments are made for refunds accordingly. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer a direct exchange policy. If customer wish to exchange an item(s), we ask customer to return the item(s) wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s).
